The following items are standard requirements for all bookings.

Event Insurance Requirement

Event insurance is required for all bookings. This is a one-day policy purchased by the renter and typically costs between $75–$250, depending on the event. The property owner must be listed as additionally insured. Proof of coverage is required prior to the event date.

Deposit & Payment Information

A non-refundable $400 deposit is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event.
